Disability support across Western Sydney
A small provider in Glendenning, run by a Registered Nurse, working in one council area with short travel times.
Vivid Support Network is a disability services provider based in Glendenning, in the Blacktown council area. We deliver supported independent living, in-home supports and community nursing across Western Sydney.
Vivid Support Network works with plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants. NDIS registration is in progress.
Clinical governance
Clinical governance at Vivid Support sits with a Registered Nurse; the team page says who. It decides what the organisation can safely take on, and it means the support workers in your home are clinically supervised.
In practice: a worker who notices a pressure area, a wound that looks different or a medication that is not agreeing with someone raises it the same day with a nurse who can act. Complex supports are delivered in-house instead of referred out. And when something is outside our competence we can tell you precisely why, which is how we arrived at the ventilation exclusion.
How we work
We roster for continuity, so you see the same workers and the person you speak to on the phone knows your situation.
We take on only the supports we can staff and supervise properly.
Where we work
One council area, properly. Blacktown, Glendenning, Mount Druitt, Rooty Hill, Doonside, Quakers Hill, Marayong, Seven Hills, Plumpton, Dean Park, Hassall Grove and Oakhurst, plus Silverdale and parts of North West Sydney. Where we work.
What we will not do
We will not tell you we can do something we cannot. We will not take a referral we cannot staff. We will not claim a registration we do not hold. And we will not put the wrong person into a share house because a room is empty.
Our approach
Three things we actually hold ourselves to.
Say the limit out loud. Every service page here names what it does not cover. A provider who only advertises capability is telling you half the story.
Continuity over convenience. We roster so you see the same workers. When that is not possible we tell you in advance who is coming instead.
The participant decides. Including deciding we are not the right provider. Changing providers is normal and you never need a reason.
Check us before you commit: how to check any disability provider, how complaints are handled, and our accessibility statement.
Make a referral or ask about a placement
Tell us the supports the plan funds and when they need to start. We respond the same business day.
