What happens after I get in touch?
We ring you back, usually the same business day. The first conversation is short: what supports are needed, how the plan is managed, and roughly when. That is enough to tell you whether we can help.
Do I need a support coordinator to contact you?
No. Participants, family members, coordinators, plan managers and hospital discharge teams all contact us directly.
Is there a cost to ask?
No. An enquiry, a phone conversation and a look through the Glendenning home cost nothing.
What if you cannot help?
We will refer you to a provider who can. That is more useful to you than a meeting that goes nowhere.
