Feedback, and how to check a provider
How to check any disability provider, including this one, before you commit.
There are no testimonials on this page. We are a young service, and quotes without a name attached are worth very little anyway.
What is more useful is knowing how to check any provider, including this one.
How to check a disability provider
Ask about registration, and check it. The NDIS Commission publishes a register of registered providers. If a provider says they are registered, it is checkable in a minute. Our registration is in progress, and our status is stated on every page where it matters.
Ask what they will not do. A provider who claims every support is either very large or not being straight with you. Ask for the limits.
Ask who will actually turn up. Then ask what happens when that person is sick.
Ask about the last complaint they received and what changed because of it. The answer tells you more than a testimonial.
Talk to their coordinator contacts. Support coordinators see providers across dozens of participants and have no reason to flatter anyone.
Telling us when something is wrong
Ring 0450 571 237 or email admin@vividsupport.info. We will acknowledge it and tell you what we are doing about it.
You do not have to come to us first. You can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission directly on 1800 035 544, and you are entitled to do so without telling us. Any provider who suggests otherwise is one to walk away from.
Leaving a review
If we have done well, saying so publicly genuinely helps a small provider. If we have not, tell us directly so we can fix it.
Make a referral or ask about a placement
Tell us the supports the plan funds and when they need to start. We respond the same business day.
