Independent sources, including the ones you would use to complain about us.
A provider's resources page is usually a list of reasons to ring the provider. This one is not.
If something is wrong
NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission: 1800 035 544. Complaints about any NDIS provider, registered or not. You do not need to raise it with the provider first, and you can complain anonymously.
In an emergency: 000.
Lifeline: 13 11 14, any hour.
1800RESPECT: 1800 737 732, for family and sexual violence.
Independent advocacy
Free, independent, and not connected to any provider. Advocates help with access requests, plan reviews, appeals and disputes with providers, including with us.
National Disability Advocacy Program: funded advocacy services across Australia, searchable by location through the Ask Izzy disability advocacy finder.
Disability Advocacy NSW and other NSW services cover Western Sydney.
The NDIS itself
NDIA: 1800 800 110, for plans, access requests and reviews.
Interpreters: TIS National on 131 450, free for NDIS participants.
National Relay Service: 1800 555 660, for people who are deaf or have a hearing or speech impairment.
Housing
Housing Hub: independent listings for disability housing and SDA vacancies across Australia. Where to look if you are funded for SDA, which we do not provide.
