This is our own patch. Our supported independent living home is in Glendenning, and these are the streets our workers drive every day rather than occasionally.
Practically that means two things. Early shifts actually start on time, because nobody is coming down the M4. And when a shift needs covering at short notice, there is usually somebody nearby who already knows the person and the house.
